A Few Minor Issues
large room clean room nice breakfast shower mold missing assistants absent minibar
the room WAS quite large AND very clean. I enjoyed the nice breakfast. The hotel is in walking distance from Westbahnhof and Stadthalle.
the shower has MOLD. There are no assistants TO carry suitcases. The hotel lacks A minibar.

quick access spacious room staff responsiveness convenient location
the location worked very well for quick access to transportation. The twin room felt spacious and clean, a definite plus. i liked that the staff quickly addressed any requests i had . i appreciated the hotel's proximity to various shops and restaurants, offering convenience.
i found the street noise slightly noticeable at times, though not overly disruptive.

the front desk staff was always available, ready to help with directions. i appreciated their professional, courteous manner whenever i approached them with questions. Check-in was very efficient, made arrival seamless.
